-
Once again we’re hearing that the White Scars supplement for Space Marines is the next one we will see and that it is practically done. There were also rumors over at Faeit that plans were in the works for Chaos and Tau. Chaos, rejoice!! For Tau that could be cool, too. Perhaps Kroot mercs like we’ve heard or possibly the different Septs? Would be very cool but the rumor is that no work has yet begun on the Tau books, implying that Chaos is underway? Let’s hope so.

Hey Reece I sent a second email about forgetting to add the Waagh! Banner the points are there for it. The reason for the three squads of ten is because they arent fearless and can go to ground behind the aegis for a 2+ cover save. I was thinking that the only critique I could see you say is adding the ammo runts and subtracting the crew members and I can agree with that. Appreciate the feedback guys!
Ah, very good point Noah, thanks. You can indeed go to ground, that is very true.
And I missed the second email about the WAAGH banner, sorry.
Fanboy forge also is making some super awesome hidden objective markers for the scourging with removable tops to show there points value
Cool, nice tip! I will have to look that up.
Reece, I expect a formal apology lol ….
That was not my army with the po-dunk razorback turret thudd guns / sabre units and yes that guy expected to play that way at the event but I am glad that Springfield Dave aKa 40k Yoda was like no buddy that is not going to fly.
I had all original models from Forgeworld other then my customized Vulture, which I got approved. So I had all legit forgeworld models.
I took a landing pad but never could use it cause you could place wargames con terrain on my side of the board so giant buildings with no windows would get placed in front of the landing pad.
On a side note forgeworld is great and I think very unbalanced. In the hands of a good player its simply brutal to face. But forgeworld does not hold a candle to the right type of terrain being available and knowing how to use it. Terrain at wargames con made Sabre and Thudds useless if my opponent was patient and smart. Two things Ben Mohlie is a professional at…. he is a theoretical physicist.
Well than, our sincere apologies, Alan! I am sorry that we implied that was your army and we will most definitely say that in the next podcast.
And yes, Ben is an expert player.
That is interesting that you found terrain placement countered some of the FW stuff. What was your feelings on terrain placement? Did you like it, feel that it was good, too slow?
Those supplemants.
I hear my wallet crying.
