• Malifaux Second Edition announced. Sounds like fun and it is catching back on at our store. Our friend Mack Martin is helping to write them and he said he was specifically streamlining the rules to make them more suitable for tournament play and to make it easier to pick up for newer players. • BoLS is back up after that scare earlier in the week, but as of Wednesday, Faeit 212 isn’t. BoLS was having technical difficulties, Natfka has stated what happened on Youtube. • Micro Art Studios releases some awesome new SciFi terrain, some of it looks just like the Star Wars power generators from The Empire Strikes Back! http://www.microartstudio.com/

Rumors

• Bioware, the creators of Mass Effect are rumored to be working on Mass Effect 4 and…wait for it….supposedly have acquired the rights to Warhammer 40K!!! They are going to make a 3rd person game like Space Marine! This is rad because for one the games will continue to come out and for 2, Bioware are an absolutely top notch developer with games like Baulder’s Gate behind them. However, we have a source who was the lead animator for Warhammer Online that is saying he can’t substantiate this rumor and finds it highly dubious. He stated his contacts in the industry have heard nothing about it and the fact that “Bioware” and not “EA” were mentioned as the acquiring party means this is probably hogwash. • The release schedule continues to look like Space marines after Eldar, with Nids, IG and Orks in 2014. Once those are knocked out, that only leaves Blood Angels (which are rumored to be in the process of early development, now), Space Wolves, Dark Eldar, Black Templars and Sisters who supposedly have their plastic kits already done. After that, the rumored mini-dexes will be released and that will be cool. It will be interesting to see how 6th develops.

So my list. A dark eldar coven army, I have played 8 games with it so far against a variety of different opponents and I really like the challenges that it poses for gameplay.
