News

  • Announce upcoming events and the Las Vegas Open settling in either mid February or late March. Give us feedback on the dates. Anime Expo looks like it’s going to go down, negotiating the contract now. If it happens, it will be 4th of July weekend. DeulCon will be September 27th-29th, Comikaze November 1st-3rd, BAO looking to be in May or possibly early August. We’ll be running our entire calendar of events as a tournament circuit. It’s going to be a blast.

  • Get those 25% off pre-order specials in! Those High Elves look gorgeous, and you guys want to take advantage of it while you still can. Remember, that is an extra 5% off of almost everything we sell, too, not just GW stuff.

Shadowrun is going balls out on their releases this year, which is awesome. One of our listeners actually writes for Shadowrun and he sent us some awesome goodies about the development of the game and told us that they are planning a Card Game called Crossfire, a board game called Hostile Takeover and…wait for it….a miniatures game called Sprawl Gangers! Sweet! Links in the notes to a podcast about this cool stuff and designers’ notes. Interview Part 1 Interview Part 2 Year of Shadowrun

Rumors

  • Eldar in June. The new big model is described as a giant Wraithlord

Rant Session

List Review

The fire warriors camp on top of the bastion to avoid assaults and markerlight stuff for the riptide and hammerhead, the fireblade mans the quad gun, wraiths and destroyer lord intercept assaults and run interference, the warriors in the scythes are for quick point caps, pathfinders for more markerlights, Pathfinders hang out inside the bastion proper and markerlight whatever they feel like. I’m sure there’s a few things that I need to be modified, and I’d love to hear your guys’ view on optimizing this thing! Have a great day.

  1. The thing about Indiegogo is that it is international. To run a Kickstarter campaign you have to be in the US.

  2. Glad you guys liked the list! For the record, I’m not British, just bad at typing on my phone. I cringed when I re-read the part of the email you mentioned X_X

    1. Don’t feel bad! Haha, Frankie just doesn’t read out loud very well, and we like to tease him about it. Your email was fine. But yeah, solid list, I liked it a lot. Cool modeling opportunities too, you can make some sweet Tau/Cron conversions!
