Leman Russ’s getting the “Heavy” rule means the russ with the Battle-cannon and plasma cannon’s (Executioner???) can’t move and shoot it’s plasma, as you can’t snap-fire plasma the same turn as an ordinance weapon.
Heavy rule means a vehicle always counts as stationary for the purposes of shooting and that they can never go over combat speed.
That’s right, but when you fire an Ordinance weapon, you can only snapfire all your other guns, even if you remain stationary. You cannot fire template weapons as a snapfire.
