Looks like a tough day at the office for the Wolves. Still, nice to see a good amount of diversity, I’m really glad Nids have seemingly taken a boost with 6th because if the web is to be believed they were going to be waiting a long while for a codex update.
Nids are great in 6th, I have been having a blast playing mine. Gants are just fantastic now, as is the Swarmlord. He is straight Boss mode.
Swarmlord + Iron Arm + Warp Speed + CC with Hostile Deathstar unit = Dead Deathstar.
It’s pretty hard to combat a WS9 S(7, 8 or 9) T(7, 8 or 9) I(7, 8 or 9) W5 A(5, 6 or 7) Sv3+ (4+ Invulnerable) MC that always causes Instant Death regardless of Toughness, most likely has Preferred Enemy, and forces you to re-roll successful invulnerable saves in CC. :\
Yeah, he is just a beast when he gets the right powers. Even without though, he is still a bad ass.
