Sorry cor the gap in posts, been on the road. Congratz to jy2 for winning with necrons, and to Christian and frankie from team zero comp for making it to the finals.
We’ll have some in depth reflection tomorrow on the event, how it changed our perceptions of 6th,, whag it reinforced and what we learned. For now though, sleep time!

I played him game 5 and it was my only loss. 🙁 I had tied Will earlier so I was then totally out of the running.
It’s a nice list, but if you can deal with those two doom scythes, the list in a lot of trouble. Glad to see an almost all flyer list win though.
Hi Dan,
Good to meet you again. Your army actually made me have to think about how to approach those retreating bikes. Thus, I actually played very cautiously against your army. And you did really well here. Congrats to you as well.
BTW, each of my 5x wraith unit had 3x whip coils.
Ah true I typod that. Good to remeet you again!
That list was so tough. Bikes have a hard time with fliers, so I’m not sure what I need to do with my army. Storm Talon’s maybe?
Though I guess I did down 3 by the end. That mission and deployment were also not favorable (hammer and anvil plus single objective).
But it was fun and has me thinking about what to do!
I hope you remembered to flush.
hahaha, indeed!
You get that thing I sent ya?
Yes, I was just reading it. Expect a response today.
Were there a lot of folks in attendance?

Awesome! A good showing! Did people seem happy?
Everyone had a really good time. It was a fun tournament!
Man, what a fun and draining event. This was my first GT ever (I’m really not much of a tournament person mainly due to work restrictions) and I had a blast. It was also exhausting as heck to play 8 games in 2 days.
I wanted to play Reece’s nob bikers but that didn’t happen. I did, however, get to play against 3 Zero Comp teammates, including Steve, Frankie and Christian (twice!). They were some challenging games, especially against Frankie and Christian.
Next stop for me….the Bay Area Open next year!
4 Zero Comp team members! haha ran you through the gauntlet!
Haha, no kidding!
How did you end up doing Julian?
Congratz again, Jim! Way to win your first event, that’s awesome. I was hoping to play you too, but I got stopped by some nuns with guns, haha. We look forward to having you af the bao.
