could not agree more, fantasy in the future for 40k? I hate fantasy as a game and would rather them leave the two as separate entities, otherwise I might just quit.
You guys should definitely start adding some of those other game discussions to your podcasts, it will make them longer and might attract more business. With that said I just got a raise at work so will be having you guys paint up a medium sized troll blood army for me in two months if you’re not too overwhelmed with commissions.
Ok, why did you get into 40k in the first place? If you are so adverse to change, then you are in the wrong gaming system. I have been playing 40k since the very beginning, since 87 Rouge Trader, so I know what change in the game is all about, the biggest one was from 2nd Ed to 3rd Ed, they lost alot of the Ultra Competive Players, but then brought back all the non-competitive ones who were driven out by same said Ultra Competitive gamers earlier before the change from 2nd to 3rd and then eventually The Ultra-Comps came back, all I have to say is this: Don’t be afraid of the change, give it a chance, every new systems needs figuring out at one point or another. Oh and I have 4 different Armies, and I consider myself a non-competitive player. GW will sell the models no matter what, because there are even more casual and hobby based players out there that will still collect and play. I understand your angst about having a physic phase coming back, because in 2nd ed, IT TOOK FOREVER!!! Especially in higher points games and by the way the Physic Phase was dropped in 3rd edition and basically made Characters less powerful (Physkers or otherwise). I don’t mean to make this into a bash session against and if I did, I apologize. I just wanted to make some points. I do have a question if you don’t mind: In an article in BOS, (I think it was the latest one where you were talking about the false/not false leaked rules for 6th ed) you said it took away all the silly randomness that you see in 5th Ed. Can you be more specific? Which ones did you Mean? Thanks!!!
Oh and BTW I agree with you on the Dragon Thing..Come on it’s 40k, leave that kind of thing for WFB.. I wonder if Tastytaste’s source got the gaming systems mixed up? Maybe?

There’s always Warmachine, Heavy Gear, and infinity. These rumors sound terrible, let’s hope they aren’t true.

Congratz on the raise! That’s awesome, and yeah, we’d love to paint up your Trollbloods for you, buddy.
We will start discussing more games, we are branching out now. We want to keep it as a short format, though. We will branch out, though.

We’ve heard that rumor multiple times now by supposed eye witnesses.
