KingdomCon is well under way and it has been a blast so far!
We had 50 players show up for what has been a great event so far. In typical fashion, the tournament has a laid back vibe, and a lot of fun. Everyone’s drinking a few cold beers and enjoying a weekend of gaming!
Day 1 saw some great match-ups, and I personally have had a blast watching a lot of my friends form NorCal play my friends from SoCal. Both areas have some excellent players with unconventional lists and the games have been challenging for everyone, and very entertaining.
When the dust settled yesterday, the last 4 undefeated players were Fuegan17 from Team Zero Comp with his Purifier Spam Grey Knights. Not much of a surprise there as that is both an excellent list and an excellent player.
What will surprise people though, is the other 3 undefeated players. Cooper with his Nids, Dugg with his Orks, and Danny with his Dark Eldar.
That’s right, in a field dominated by Grey Knights, Blood Angels and Wolves, our top 4 are Bugs, Deldar, Orks and Grey knights. That always amuses me.

Looks like Dan has the same ochre Necron list I played against at the BAO. I can a load of wraith spam and the destroyer lord on the table.
Yes, he did take the same army, with a few new models such as flayed ones and Praetorians.
Blah…I was so hungover those 2 days. My dice were rolling worse than my headache (2-2-2). I definitely need more gaming in now that I have 3 days off work.
