Chapter Tactics is a 40k podcast which focuses on promoting better tactical play and situational awareness across all variations of the game. Today Peteypab and Val speak to Stephen “Juice” Fore and Adepticon Champion Jim Vesal about their final table game at this year’s Adepticon. The gang also talks about what it takes to play like a gentleman at the highest level of play, the growing 40k community, and more!

Lolol, I feel like there was a missed opportunity here to have a Snoop Dogg parody of Gin and Juice.
Great episode! By far one of my favorites. Jim is a genius with that 5 point sideboard.
OUTSTANDING EPISODE. This is that ish we want, Pablo.
Juice is an amazing player and I’m so happy he almost went the distance with GSC. Also glad both of these guys had such a great and NON CONTROVERSIAL top game at one of the biggest tournies out there.
Juice! There is no such thing as too much Juice in a day. Love it.
One of the best episodes to date! Wish more episodes were like this one. Top players going over there games and strategies.
Great show guys!
Now this is an incredible show! The sportsmanship on display between these two gents at the top table was exemplary. Juice is completely correct when he talks about the game as a whole being bigger than any one game of 40k, even the final of Adepticon.
Having the top two from such a huge event on the same podcast, talking about their experiences and breaking down the key tactical and mechanical points of their final is just top quality material. Well done to all involved and I really hope to see more episodes like this in the future.
Great episode. Informative, in-depth and entertaining. Bringing tournament finalists to CT should be a regular ocurrence whenever possible.
Speaking of Adepticon, any thoughts on the meta there? I’ve heard quite a few people say that the lack of Castellans in it is proof they’re undeserving of nerfs and the meta’s moved on, and I did find it weird how much it diverged from the LVO meta when not so many releases have happened since then.
Can’t get over Pablo’s pronounciation of Genestealer Cult – “Genecircle”.
This episode was amazing. Beyond these two gents being incredible people, the dynamic of having both of the people involved in the final on the episode took things to a whole new level! Anytime this can happen I would love it to happen!
